A little about my implementation experience:
I have vast experience in software implementations as I have worked for both vendors and clients. As a result, I have gained the unique experience and understanding of what is required for both.
I have worked with many different people in roles such as developers, testers, subject matter experts, legal representatives, change management, trainers, product managers and can relate well to all levels regardless of their role. Having worked in both waterfall and agile environments has given me a solid understanding of SLDC from development to delivery. I have guided clients through the process of software selection from requirements definitions, RFP creation, vendor demonstrations and evaluations to implementation of the solution.
